With almost 30 years in the steam industry, Dr Troy has made several patented improvements in various orifice/ nozzle type of Condensate Removal Device (CRD).

As chief engineer at Engineering Resources, Inc., USA, Dr Troy designed and patented the CRD and developed the service technology.

Dr Troy obtained his Ph.D from NSTC (Canada) and M.Sc from NYU (USA). His career encompasses aspects of design and construction connector design, heat tracing and condensate removal. He designed and built products which remain on the moon today. These include the cable and connector for the Lunar Extravehicular Module (LEM) and the window for the lunar satellite. He also designed and built the precipitator hopper heater, and the self-regulating heat tracing system.

SteamPro Conservation Sdn Bhd is proud to have such a distinguished engineer and inventor in its group of staff. Dr Troy is now fully dedicated and committed to transfer his extensive knowledge and life-long experience in condensate drainage technology to SteamPro.

As engineering expert, Dr Troy will personally oversee the overall manufacture of SP products, including critical components produced in the United States of America. He  will train and  lead  a group of expert designers, installers and service professionals to ensure that the SP team can operate independently and serve clients worldwide, with speed, quality, attention to detail and utmost professionalism. His ultimate goal is to ensure that the SP team is as sound, devote and expert as he is.
