To keep up with our business expansion and meeting our delivery and revenue targets, we are currently hiring suitably qualified individuals to fulfill the following positions:
Steampro HQ
1. Assistant Technical Unit Leader
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent sales services to existing and potential customers including sales calling, follow-up, and appointment arrangement.
- Manage day-to-day customer requests for quotations and information.
- Receive and acknowledge order from customer, issue work order and delivery of goods.
- Provide administrative support involving efficient handling of sales contract, confidential agreements, invoices and delivery orders.
- Manage inventory and stock.
- Liaise with logistic and insurance providers for any delivery arrangement.
- Update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), charts, ISO documentations and manage company ERP.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Sales - Engineering/Technical/IT or equivalent.
